Retail Horticultural Assistant
Are you passionate about plants and looking for a part-time role in a welcoming environment? Our client has an exciting opportunity for aHorticultural Assistantto join a well-established team in their shop and nursey in Blewbury.
Working Hours:
- Wednesdays: 10am5pm
- Thursdays: 10am5pm
- Every other Sunday: 10am4pm
Pay Rate:
- £12.45 per hour(weekdays)
- £13.95 per hour(weekends)
- Plus an annual discretionary bonus scheme
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting with plant care and maintenance
- Supporting the nursery and ensuring the highest standards of horticultural practices
- Providing excellent customer service to visitors
- Provide advice and assistance to customers
- Helping maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming environment
